TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A minimum stay of 2 nights is requested.
During New Year's Eve, Easter and other important holidays, the rates can vary and a minimum stay of 3 nights
is requested.

Check In: between 12am and 8pm by appointment.
We kindly ask our clients to inform us in advance about their arrival time.
Failure to do so may result in finding nobody home to welcome you.
After Check In you will be provided with a key of the house for the whole stay, so you’ll be able to come and go
as you like, without time restrictions.

Check Out: before 11am

TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION

Credit Card details are requested to guarantee the reservation. We can only accept VISA or MASTERCARD.

Nothing will be charged on the credit card before check in (unless the application of the Cancellation Policy)
but we reserve ourselves the right to verify the validity of the card itself.
A 30% of total amount as deposit might be requested for long stays or special holidays bookings.
In case of cancellation out of Cancellation Fee, deposit will be refunded via bank transfer with the deduction
of expenses and commissions.

PAYING METHODS

We kindly ask our guests to settle the bill at arrival (at the Check In).
For staying up to 4 days we accept only cash payments.
Credit card payment will be accepted only for staying longer than 4 nights.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For Cancellations requested since 20 days to 11 days before your arrival date:
the 30% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged on the credit card you gave us as a guarantee.
From the 10th day before your arrival date: we will charge the first night + one night
for every 2 days of the total stay you had reserved.

By making a reservation you understand and agree to the general terms and conditions.
